Originally from Greenwood, Louisiana, she is a proud country girl, who attended two HBCUs, where she obtained her undergraduate degrees. (Southern University and Wiley University) Venezuela holds an MBA from University of Louisiana Lafayette. 

 

Her passion and creativity lie in the development of people, which has been evident in her commitment to conducting self-reflection sessions and offering coaching and consulting services, from a personal and professional lens. Renowned for her authentic and approachable demeanor, she excels in leadership by driving successful teams to deliver results through strategic planning, emphasizing branding, trust, transparency, credibility, reliability, communication, and collaboration.

 

With over two decades of experience in Human Resources and Business Management, Venezuela has led projects, managed, and led teams, crafted healthy inclusive fire chats, and facilitated leadership development.
